Context

We build a knowledge base from your docs, SOPs, recordings and FAQs, deploy an AI assistant in chat, email or in-app, and connect it to your CRM and tasking tools. The assistant remembers where each person is in the journey, nudges them forward and answers questions 24/7.

Inside the assistant

Knowledge base from your docs/SOPs/recordings (RAG). Per-person state in Supabase: where in the journey, what's completed, what's stuck. Trigger engine that fires nudges at the right moment via chat/email/in-app. CRM sync so the human team sees the same picture.

Tone matters more than tooling

We train the assistant on your voice from real onboarding messages, support replies and recordings. A correct answer in the wrong tone still feels like a chatbot. The right tone makes it feel like a senior colleague.
