Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between MHPRO and clients for coaching, consulting and digital services.

2. Scope of services

The specific scope of services is defined in the respective offer or order confirmation.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are subject to statutory VAT. Invoices are due net within 14 days.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information obtained during the cooperation as confidential.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as legally permissible.
